Shipping policy
At Keoki Original, our goal is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers across the world and make sure that you deserve the most quality levels of responsiveness at any time.
All standard shipping within the Domestic United States of America is standard shipping via UPS, or USPS. Stardard shipping is charged based on a discounted price received by those shippers. Any US orders outside of the domestic US will be charged based on the current USPS, UPS, or DHL Rates with an additional 10% increase based on the extra care and time it takes to send to those countries
Standard shipping: Orders placed before 11:00 am PST (Pacific Standard Time) on a business day will be shipped the same business day after 11:00 am will be shipped the following business day. Orders Placed on National Holidays or Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be shipped the next business day.
Orders will be sent out standard shipping and will be received within 3 to 7 business days depending on current conditions based on location and shipper.
Expedited shipping: Orders placed before 11:00 am PST (Pacific Standard Time) on a business day will be shipped the same business day after 11:00 am will be shipped the following business day. Orders Placed on National Holidays or Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be shipped the next business day.
Orders sent out expedited shipping will be received within 2 to 3 business days depending on current conditions based on location and shipper.
Expedited shipping is also received based upon the expedited shipping selected via USPS or UPS.
International Shipping: Any international shipping will be shipped the following business day, all international packages take extra care and will need to be reinforced and inspected before sending out.
Reception of international shipping is based upon the shipping selected via USPS, UPS, or DHL and additional handling may increase shipping times depending on the country's customs and other weather-related possibilities.
P.O. boxes & APO/FPO addresses Shipping: Will be shipped by USPS and may receive an increased charge depending on destination. If there is a problem with the destination we will contact you by phone or email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: ONce your item is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that will allow you to go upon the shipper website and track the item.
